Designed and built in Italy, 100% handmade
We have trialled and tested the best bikes and components on the most demanding routes in the world in the most extreme conditions, against the wind of the northern classic routes and in the heat of the roads of the Giro d’Italia routes.
It was in the endless training sessions on the roads of Abruzzo that we developed an and deep knowledge of the mechanical capacity needed for bikes to perform in varying conditions.
We’ve gained a strong understanding of bike endurance built over an entire career through all the bikes we have trialled and tested and put under the toughest challenges, yet they had always been missing something…
From continual insights, the idea of the perfect bike project emerged. The search for perfection in a racing frame led us to embark on the path of developing and building the optimal high-performance racing bike.
Moments of solitude and extreme fatigue in the mountains gave birth to the ‘Gran Sasso’ project. A riding experience and frame with all the attention to detail and ergonomics. Our perseverance and collected experience pushed us to create something that had no limits, something pure, true and uniquely beautiful like our mountains, and hence our bike was born. The “Gran Sasso” is in honour of those mountains that inspired this remarkable project.
The Gran Sasso was designed, developed and built entirely in Italy. It is the expression of Italian excellence in the cycling industry. Thanks to the combination of the composite skins and the carbon technology used, we have been able to create a rigid and agile yet light frame that is able to absorb the road with incredible ease and effectiveness.
The weight distribution through applied geometry makes this bike into a true thoroughbred that triumphs when the road begins to climb. Its aerodynamic finish makes it incredibly effective on the downhills and flats, a perfect choice for any terrain.
Our bike is influenced and derives all its beauty from the Alps to the rugged peaks of its origins in the Apennine mountain ranges of central Italy, the “Gran Sasso”.
